Frequently asked questions
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates such as summer weekends, Bonfire Night, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. Popular dates can book up months in advance, particularly for weddings and large public events. That said, if your event is approaching soon, do get in touch; we’ll always do our best to help.
Our pricing is based on the length of the display, the type of event, and the complexity of the show. Elements such as music synchronisation, choreography, colour theming, venue logistics, and safety planning all influence the final cost. Because every display is individually designed, prices are fully bespoke, with packages typically starting from around £800.
Yes: music-synchronised (pyro-musical) displays are one of our specialities. These shows are carefully choreographed so that every beat, build-up, and crescendo is mirrored in the sky, creating a powerful and immersive experience.
We operate all year round and in almost all weather conditions. Fireworks are fully rainproof, and it is extremely rare for us to cancel a display. We will always do everything possible to deliver a spectacular show, even if conditions are less than perfect.
In cases of extreme weather, such as high winds or severe conditions that could affect safety, we may need to adapt, reduce, delay, or, very rarely, cancel a display. If this happens, partial refunds or alternative arrangements will always be discussed with you. Safety will always come first, but we aim to deliver a great show whenever conditions allow.
Yes, colour theming is one of our favourite creative elements. Whether it’s matching wedding palettes, brand colours, or themed events, we carefully select effects that complement your aesthetic beautifully.
Yes, we offer a range of close-proximity and specialist effects suitable for smaller venues, indoor use, and intimate spaces, subject to venue suitability and safety assessment.
These dates are among the busiest and most in-demand times of the year, which means increased planning, logistics, staffing, and operational costs. Events such as weddings, Bonfire Night, and New Year’s Eve also typically require more complex safety planning, additional crew, extended setup and pack-down times, and higher insurance and compliance considerations.
For weddings, we also invest significant time in bespoke design, careful choreography, and detailed coordination with venues and suppliers to ensure everything runs seamlessly on such an important day. Bonfire Night and New Year’s Eve displays often involve larger crowds, stricter safety requirements, and more complex site logistics.
As a result, pricing reflects the additional time, expertise, resources, and planning needed to deliver safe, spectacular, and flawlessly executed displays on these peak dates.
